In the midst of packing and getting ready to move, WordPress 3.0 came out with some great new features! I have updated the Ramus site, but would like to hear from you. Is anything crazy or weird happening? Having trouble doing something that used to work fine? Let me know if anything is acting strange and I can take a look. For now though, check out this video for some of the cool new features for WordPress 3.0!

Derek,
We seem to be getting a lot of spam lately. Is there something I need to do?
Thanks,

A few weeks ago I could access the plugins, but now that menu appears to be gone. How can I get back to that menu?
Thanks,

Cliff,
I’ve noticed that also. Here are some things that you could do to stop spam. Make sure the comments you have approved are legitimate comments. If you have any comments in the spam or trash folders, remove them permanently. You could also go into the Settings -> Discussion tab and turn off comments after a certain number of days. I am working on other solutions, but those should help.
BJ,
That plugin was supposed to be disabled, but when I updated WordPress it was re-enabled. Is there a plugin you would like to have installed? Or something you are trying to do that you think needs a plugin? I can enable some, or help you find ways that you might not need a plugin.
Derek,
When I type my church website address in browser I keep getting the RAMUS page…and not our site.
Hey Madison,
Sorry about that. The site had been taken down temporarily. It has been restored and looks to be recently updated. Please let us know if you need anything else.
