Here are some things that you could do to stop spam. Make sure the comments you have approved are legitimate comments. If you have any comments in the spam or trash folders, remove them permanently. You could also go into the Settings -> Discussion tab and turn off comments after a certain number of days. I am working on other solutions, but those should help. Or something you are trying to do that you think needs a plugin? I can enable some, or help you find ways that you might not need a plugin. Cliff,
